SAMHSA endeavors to keep the Locator current. All information in the Locator is updated annually from facility responses to SAMHSA's National Survey of Substance Abuse Treatment Services (N-SSATS) and National Mental Health Services Survey (N-MHSS). New facilities are added monthly. Updates to facility names, addresses, telephone numbers and services are made weekly for facilities informing SAMHSA of changes. Facilities may request additions or changes by e-mail to dasis@smdi.com or through the toll-free I-BHS Facility Assistance Line. (Facility directors click click here).
